Nepean Aerospace Park and Sydney Helicopters proudly present The Lobby — a modern function room and training facility available for hire, strategically located adjacent to the 1000-metre mark of the Penrith Lakes Rowing Course.
The Lobby is an ideal venue for post-regatta celebrations, corporate meetings, workshops, seminars and private functions. With direct access to the water’s edge and views across the course, it provides a unique setting for rowing clubs, schools, supporters and corporate groups to gather and celebrate in comfort.
For smaller meetings, the adjoining Boardroom accommodates up to 12 guests. The space can be expanded by opening the dividing wall to the Training Facility, creating capacity for 30–40 people, or up to 50 when combined. The connected Lobby entertainment area can host up to 100 guests, making it perfect for presentations, networking events and celebrations.
All areas are fully air-conditioned and supported by high-quality audio-visual equipment, including a 100-inch display, microphones, surround sound, screen mirroring and multiple connectivity options. Outdoor sound capability allows seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces.
Catering is provided by Long’s House, our on-site 1920s Federation-style restaurant, offering premium food and beverage service for meetings, training days and functions.
